Fountain Square

It is a great time to open a business in Downtown Fort Walton Beach.
The rents are reasonable and the area is growing. The Downtown
Merchants currently host a Downtown Art Walk every Third Friday and
Tuesday night runs. Merchants are currently working to add more to their
great list events and festivals.


The Fountain Square offers a fantastic courtyard setting with
great exposure on Hwy 98 and Brooks Street and is the Future home
of the "Downtown Community Garden". Current tenants are:

Thrifty Tropical Shirts, Out N About Novelties, Carolina Cigars, Precious Furs
Pet Salon, A New Restaurant and Wine Bar (name to be determined)
